This historic mansion with a private park dates back to the late 19th century and sits in a green area of Florence, 10 minutes' walk from Boboli Gardens and Porta Romana. The property offers free parking with CCTV, a garden, a small chapel, and outdoor furniture across a sun terrace and picnic area. Guests benefit from a 24-hour security system, CCTV in common areas and outside, key card access, safety deposit boxes, and fire extinguishers throughout.

All rooms are air-conditioned and include a minibar, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and period wood furnishings. The hotel provides soundproof rooms, allergy-free rooms, and a lift for accessibility. Express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, private check-in/check-out, and daily housekeeping are available.

An extensive continental-style breakfast is served in the dining room with a fireplace, offering fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, and ham. Guests can also order breakfast in the room, choose from a kid-friendly buffet, special diet menus, or select wine/champagne and snack bar items. A coffee house on site and room service provide additional dining options throughout the day.

Spa/wellness packages include a variety of massages: back, couples, foot, full body, hand, head, neck, and hot stone massage. The hotel organizes bike tours, walking tours, tour or class about local culture, and happy hour events. These activities are available for guests looking to explore Florence beyond the city center.

Babysitting/child services and kids' outdoor play equipment are provided for families. Family rooms and grocery deliveries make longer stays more convenient. Pets are welcomed with pet baskets and pet bowls, and the property offers designated smoking areas and a non-smoking policy throughout.

The villa is 5 minutes by car from Piazzale Michelangelo with panoramic city views, and has excellent bus links to central Florence.
